900 Dexter Apartments

Multi-Family

Denver, CO

Right in the heart of Denver, the Dexter apartments will aid in the housing crisis by adding some much needed parking and multi-level living for the active professional. This building will make a statement from the ground up, starting with a large and inviting entry that has a coffee bar front and center, surrounded by plenty of seating and acoustic lighting to get the morning buzz going with your neighbors before you head out the door. With high ceilings, the space feels bright and inviting while having a moody and earthy palette to create an approachable and pragmatic space. With 103 units; amenities are split up offering different atmospheres combined by a cohesive palette.  Keeping the fitness hidden from the street allows the tenants to workout without feeling like they're on display and keeps the leasing agents free of noisy weights. The fifth floor of this building offers a several touchdown spaces for those working from home or to host a small meeting. There is also a grande outdoor patio with panda windows that can be opened in the summer months creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor atmosphere,
