Rooted deep in the history of the Loretto Heights campus and neighborhood; this project pays homage to the plaids of the students who attended the college, the deep tones, decorative moldings, and the timeless playful tiles seen over the last 160 years. Bringing those classic elements into this new development give this complex an eclectic, sophisticated, and unique personality. Local artwork adorns the red brick and is framed out by bold and rich tones of forest green and royal blues. Stained glass accents bounce color throughout the modern coffered ceilings and painted tin roofs. Schoolhouse lighting brings a touch of charm and timelessness to each space. Residents will enjoy all the modern amenities while feeling comforted by the nods to historic charms throughout.
