South Maddie Apartments - 164

Student Housing

Greeley, CO

Revamping Downtown Greeley by creating three upscale apartments that are anchored by unique restaurants and shops. While maintaining Greeley's rich cattle-driving history; these residences combine charm with fresh interior accents. Every detail from the old fashioned wall graphics curated into a modern collage, down to the arms on the sofa give an ode to the working ranchers of Greeley. Woven textiles, rich leathers, tin ceiling accents, live edge woods, rope walls, and large scale plaids all play into new-age farming culture.

With 221 units across the three buildings; each building was designed to offer a different aesthetic while also being cohesive with shared amenities tailored to fit any active lifestyle. Amenities include a fitness, pool, a firepit on a rooftop patio, on-site retail space, a pullup and picnic-style hangout for food trucks, and a dog park and spa, Units feature stainless steel appliances, open floor plans, walk-in closets, and 3 separate unit finish packages to fit any style.
