Located against a beautiful red sandstone mountain, this building is transformed into a modern call center. Gone are the days of ceiling high cubicles! This space has some serious hangouts; from a game room, to pods, to a comfortable and fun overlook, and 270° view of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak in the breakroom! Serving up some serious branding, felt walls quiet this tech office. Among the bright palette of bright blue, rusty orange, and sunshine yellow are a soft 'snowy' white, ash gray, mixed with blonde wood tones and sandy textures.

This architecturally-stunning building was left vacant and waiting for a major shakeup. Amongst the 700 workstations lie polished conference and training centers, a stunning breakroom, a basketball hoop and team building area, to electronic 'wind-down' centers, greenery, lounges, open-concept, modern lighting, and engaging patterns. This project adapted the stunning surroundings and revamped the aluminum bell-shaped ceiling in a tech-forward style.
